1. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund for an initial PushAI Pro purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The refund window is intended to give you time to install PushAI Pro, activate the license, and test whether the Pro features fit your site.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@wpushai.com with the license key, purchase email, order or payment reference if available, site URL, and a short note about why you are requesting a refund.
We may ask for basic troubleshooting information before processing a refund, especially when the issue appears to be caused by configuration, hosting, browser permissions, WP-Cron, WooCommerce account state, or a third-party API provider.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
After a refund is approved, the related PushAI Pro license may be deactivated and Pro-only services, updates, and support may stop for that license.
4. Renewals and late requests
Refunds are generally not available for renewal payments, late requests after the 14-day window, or purchases where the license has been materially used beyond evaluation.
If you do not want to renew, deactivate or cancel before the renewal date where renewal management is available.
5. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be refused for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, repeated purchases and refunds, violation of the Terms & Conditions, or issues caused by unsupported environments or third-party service outages outside PushAI's control.
AI provider usage, hosting costs, payment processor fees, and other third-party charges are not refunded by PushAI.
