Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how you may use PushAI Free, PushAI Pro, license services, updates, support, and related website resources.

Last updated: June 26, 2026

1. Product scope

PushAI is a WordPress plugin for self-hosted browser push notifications. PushAI Free provides core delivery features. PushAI Pro adds licensed automation, analytics, templates, WooCommerce workflows, AI digests, and other Pro features.

You are responsible for installing, configuring, securing, and operating PushAI on your own WordPress website.

2. Software license

PushAI plugin code is distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later unless a specific file states otherwise. This license governs your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the plugin code.

A PushAI Pro subscription license controls access to paid services such as license activation, updates, support, and Pro feature availability. A Pro subscription does not remove your obligations under applicable open-source licenses.

3. Pro subscription and site activation

PushAI Pro requires an active subscription license. Installing the Pro plugin alone does not unlock paid features. The license must be activated for the WordPress site where you use it.

License checks may be performed when you activate, refresh, renew, deactivate, or use licensed Pro features. We may refuse or disable a license if it is expired, refunded, cancelled, abused, shared beyond its allowed scope, or obtained fraudulently.

4. Acceptable use

You must use PushAI in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, browser permission requirements, privacy rules, anti-spam rules, and any consent obligations that apply to your audience.

You may not use PushAI to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or unsolicited notifications. You must provide a reasonable way for users to revoke or manage notification permission.

5. AI and third-party services

PushAI Pro can connect to an AI provider such as OpenAI when you configure your own API key. Your use of that provider is governed by your separate relationship with that provider.

Payment processing, checkout, hosting, analytics, email, and other services may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

6. Support, updates, and availability

We may provide documentation, updates, and support for supported versions of PushAI. Pro support may require an active license.

We may modify, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the website, licensing service, or Pro services where necessary. We try to avoid disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

PushAI is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for testing the plugin in your environment before using it on production sites.

We are not responsible for lost revenue, lost data, delivery failures, browser or hosting limitations, third-party outages, compliance failures, or indirect damages arising from your use of PushAI.
